What "second hand" means here

We supply refurbished Epson fiscal printers with a 6-month warranty. What is refurbished is the printer itself — the print mechanism, the housing, the electronics.

The electronic journal fiscal module is NEW. It is not salvaged from another device. We manufacture it ourselves, and a new one is fitted to the refurbished unit — so the part that handles fiscal compliance and communication with ANAF has no age on it.
