A 10 inch Android-based interactive kiosk for self-service. The Zebra CC6000 Customer Concierge combines the familiarity of a consumer tablet with an enterprise-class platform and features, giving customers a complete shopping experience. The 10 inch multi-touch screen, mountable in portrait or landscape, is an excellent surface for interactive applications, product presentations and digital signage.
Within seconds, a customer can check in to collect an order, search for a product or check a price, look up information, call a member of staff, start a video chat with a specialist for immediate answers, receive personalised offers or complete a purchase.
The Android interface is intuitive: the gestures are the ones people know from their mobile phone — pinch, swipe, scroll and zoom — so no prior user training is required.

Voice and video communication
The integrated microphones and speakers, together with push-to-talk support, let a customer reach a human or virtual assistant quickly. Advanced audio technology keeps communication clear even in noisy environments, and calls can be routed to staff in the store or to specialists in another location.
Integrated NFC
Customers can pair their phone with the CC6000 with a single tap, instantly receiving personalised offers and coupons. Staff can authenticate with their badge to start a shift or to assist a customer.
Flexible installation
The slim design and standard VESA mounting allow placement on shelves, walls or gondola ends, in portrait or landscape orientation. Standard support for Power-over-Ethernet removes the need for a power outlet next to every device, reducing installation time and cost.
Long life cycle
LifeGuard for Android provides direct security updates for 10 years from launch, together with the option to upgrade to future Android versions, for a longer service life and a better return on investment.
Simplified management
The CC6000 integrates with industry-standard MDM solutions, including AirWatch and SOTI MobiControl, for configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and updates from a central console. StageNow allows rapid provisioning of large numbers of devices by scanning a barcode or tapping an NFC tag.
Rapid application development
The Zebra EMDK for Android provides a complete set of APIs and sample code, applicable to Zebra's other Android devices as well. Enterprise Browser allows web applications to be built that use features such as barcode scanning and signature capture, while EMDK for Xamarin supports development in C#.

Warranty
